As you enter the bakery, the aroma of fresh baked breads, muffins, fine pastries, and other types of baked desserts will greet you. This is the result of the investment of many hours of work by Andreas Janke and his wife, Nancy, while most in the neighborhood are still sleeping. They both share a passion for perfection.
If you seek a treat for your tastebuds, you had better arrive at the bakery early in the day. There are sixteen different types of breads produced each day, and all are made with natural ingredients.
